Good Morning my sweet sisters, It is finally here! September 1 and the start of something new for us. A DAILY DEVOTIONAL BLOG. Several sisters from around our state will be bringing a word of encouragement to you every morning. We will cover different topics that are relevant to each of us. We know that we are #strongertogether and that we are not called to do life alone. I am so glad and thankful that we can gain encouragement, strength, comfort and insight from each other!
September seems to be a time of ”rebooting”. As children start a new year at school, it is the perfect time to form new schedules and make a mid-year resolution to stick with it. THe Proverbs 31 woman is always a challenge for me, and I am sure we will discuss her many times over the course of time. Today I want to mention verse 26..”she speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue.”
As women, we are influencers—it may be to our children, family, co-workers, classmates, or random people we come in contact with all throughout the day. I encourage you to think before you speak, so that what comes from your mouth is wise. People are listening and watching. As you enjoy this day, look around to see who is watching you. Then ask yourself, How can I influence them with wisdom?
