10 Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!

How long has it been since you just sat still? Maybe just for a moment or so and then off to all the activities you have as a women, mother, wife, coworker, sister, daughter, and so on. We have so many responsibilities. If you are like me, your mind never stops. I love this verse in Psalms. It reminds me that if we will "Be Still", I mean Really Be Still and Stop for just a moment, Focus on Him, Know that He is God. He has everything under control. No matter what you are going through or facing today, He already knows. We can Be Still...RELAX in Him... In His Presence... In His Peace. We can Exalt Him. Give Him Glory for what He has already done and is doing on your behalf right now. We can join with the nations, join with other sisters, our sisterhood and lift Him up and proclaim His goodness to all the earth. Join with me today and take a moment to Stop and Be Still. Sit in His presence today. Trust me, our responsibilities will still be there. But after a moment with Him we will have all we need to face our day.
