Empty Squares

How do you plan your week? Day by day and carry over what you don't get done today to tomorrow? Maybe you live by each minute and just go with it? Or maybe...you are like me and have a year planned out in advance and then break it down by weeks and details, but if it doesn't get done --- just cross it out!! No matter what your method is be a planner and be SMART about what you plan.

S - specific

M - measurable

A - achievable

R - realistic

T - tested

Making sure your plans pass the SMART test is a practical way to plan. We all tend to overbook our calendar and place so many unrealistic demands on ourselves. So, my 2019 completely already filled out calendar is getting introduced to the SMART planning and I may just have some empty squares when I am done!!
