Grateful List

I was challenged yesterday by a speaker yesterday at a ladies luncheon. She said the help nurture her soul health, she took a notebook and listed the numbers 1-1000 every December 31. For the following year she wrote 3 specific things she was grateful for everyday. That brought her to 1000 things/people that year.


I thought that is a challenge I’m willing to take for this next year. However, none of us needs to wait until January 1st. Today name at least 3 things you are grateful for...... because it is very hard to be grateful and complaining at the same time!


Have a perspective of gratitude during this holiday season (and always). Even when we get stressed with all the activities, we can choose to think and act out of a heart of gratitude for the opportunities we are given.
