Presence is the Present

It's the most wonderful time of the year.......... so why does it often feel like the most stressful time of the year? Decorating. Buying presents. The plethora of holiday functions. The list goes on and on during this season. It's easy to get caught up in the whirlwind and miss the whole point. It's easy to feel like we just have to survive the season, rather than embrace and enjoy it.


I saw this image on pinterest the other day and felt like it was such a good reminder of how to be present during this season. Just a few simple statements redone to shift the focus from the chaos and temporal things to what really matters:
